I have had no trouble buying from galleries. I 
tend to only buy from reputable people, like 
those on this forum. You may want to ask the 
people of this forum if they have dealt with this 
person before and what their experience was like. 
If they have an ebay account, check their 
feedback. I recently made my biggest cel purchase 
ever from a seller that I was not very familiar 
with. I checked his ebay feedback and felt 
comfortable dealing with him. Everything worked 
out smooth as silk. Best of luck.
