Would it be wise to trust a person that sells 
cels from their gallery? Not like a cel store 
like Mandarake or anything. I hope I am making 
myself clear. Like if I was willing to buy a cel 
that was $500.... but how do I know if they 
won't just take the money and not send the cel?
