hi,

   i bought a cel from a yahoo japanese 
seller...but it was not via the actual auction 
(because the auction ended without reaching the 
buy price).  he agreed to sell it for me for 
another price.  i sent him the IPMO...but it has 
been three weeks since he confirmed payment.  he 
said he will send it soon.  it was always 
soon...but now he has stopped responding to my 
emails.  i send him another email two days ago.  
I am still waiting for response.  

   do i have no way to get money back?  i don't 
want to bid on any of his auctions until i get 
this transaction finished.  has anyone delt with 
him?  if you have, is he always this way?  if you 
delt with him not on yahoo japan, please let me 
know as well.  i wish i was able to leave at 
least negative feedback :(  i listed one of his 
yahoo auctions via the URL link.

   this is really nerve racking when a seller 
refuses to respond to your email.  is there any 
reason for it?  i wait at least 5 days before 
writing another email...but never a response.  he 
did email he got the ipmo...but that was 3 weeks 
ago.  ok...better stop because i am repeating.
