Definitely a cel from Disney's Little Mermaid-- 
the movie not the tv show.  The one I want is 
Ariel on the rock singing the second part 
of "Part of your World" after she has saved Eric 
and left him on the beach.  I wanted that cel 
even before I knew it was possible to own cels.  
But since Ariel movie cels sell for about the 
same price I paid for my first car--- I won't be 
getting it unless I win the lottery.
