I decided to just copy and past this from my web 
log - to avoid the anger that will most like 
ensue if I recreate the situation again.  If

I have finally had it. I'm sick of being jerked 
around. And I definitely don't want anyone else 
to have to go through this. Of course this is a 
personal experience, and should therefore be 
taken with a grain of salt. 

This is a story about an Ebay auction. And 
sadly, it was one of my favorite cels - my pan 
shot of Kenshin and Sano. I should have held 
onto it when the buyer still had not paid 3 
weeks after the auctions end. But strangely, I 
feel compelled to give people the benefit of the 
doubt. Or, I should say, I used to feel that 
way. 

They buyer finally paid via paypal and I sent 
the cel out. 3 weeks after they received the 
item, the funds were removed from my paypal 
account. Paypal never did give me a legitamate 
reason why - just stated that it had to do with 
the use of unauthorized funds. 

I immediately contacted the buyer to get an 
explanation. The response was that it was 
actually because of a person that they were 
dealing with. And this directly relates to our 
transaction how???? That was almost a month ago 
now. 

I was told that a money order was going to be 
sent immediately. I was told that twice 
actually. And then I was told that my paypal 
account had the wrong information and that the 
money order was returned. Strange. Noone else in 
all of my transactions has EVER had an issue 
with my address. 

So what's a girl to do? I'll tell you. You file 
with Ebay - who by the way is being extremely 
supportive with the police investigation. You 
file with they local authorities. You file with 
the Fraud Bureau. Because yes, this is 
considered fraudulent behavior. I'm still trying 
to decide if I should file with square trades.
