Well, it is hard to say. Most chichiri cels 
without mask fetch more money than chichiri 
having his mask on.

And again, it's for its rarity when he's without 
the mask.

If the cel is with background, well, I would give 
it 175. Well, that's just my opinion, it's better 
to ask around, in case it is overpriced or worse, 
undercut. ^^
