possible cheap alternative...
buy plain black rubber boots- if you need a place 
to look, try online at a tack shop (stores which 
sell horse equipment - you can probably get the 
boots for about $40 or less).  Add buckles from 
cheap belts (goodwill maybe?) or possibly dog 
collars, or anywhere else you can find them.
