I've been told by a friend that lives in Japan 
that some of WHR was cel based... 

Has anyone seen any Witch Hunter Robin cels or 
sketches anywhere? Or does anyone know if they're 
planning to release/ already have an official art 
book from the series?

If the series was all CG they would surely have 
original designs and concepts that are paper 
based, thus making me presume that one day they 
will become available?

Does anyone know any more details info about this?
