Hello! Glad that your here..now here is the 
proposal:

 I have a cel that I would like a good cel artist 
to create. I am open to imaginative and original 
ideas/concepts for a background. I really don't 
like the original background for this scene 
anyway. So, I thought that if someone could come 
up with a good idea for the following cel that I 
would be willing to of course to pay for it. 
Personally, I am thinking along the lines of 
something "futuristic" or "metallic", but if you 
have something else of course I would consider 
anything "extraordinary", EXCEPT "mountain 
climbing, tree climbing, fighting with Spider 
Man, or mud wrestling" ;-)

You will soon see what I mean ;-)
