well, this is the only unknown cel which i've actually 
bought that i haven't posted to the forum... so if anyone 
knows who this cutie is, please share! the reg holes to 
the cel are at the bottom... and the cel is slightly 
oversized. to me, he's like a cross between tuxedo 
mask and tiger's eye (sm).
