First off, thanks for giving me SOMETHING to 
work from, but unfortunately it doesn't look 
like it's from this.  Although one of them does 
have blue hair, none of the pictures I can find 
show her with the pink hairband thing and it 
looks like she has blue eyes whereas the cels 
have purple eyes :-/
