You must be refering to the ones on the Mandarake 
Auction site.  I saw that & thought the price was 
to good to be true...Then I looked at the English 
site.

All they are is copies of the original cels.  
No...not painted copies.  We're talking like 
taken to Kinko's & made a high-quality color 
picture on paper.  That's all they are.  Just 
color copies of the originals.

Now...The Opening Harmony cel...

I BELIEVE that's the actual thing according to 
their description.  Or, it could just be another 
one of those hanken/trace line cels. But...I 
don't believe it is...I could be wrong though.  
Mandarake may have been told it's an actual 
opening harmony cel...When in fact it could just 
be another repo.  I don't see any sequence #'s on 
the top of that cel...So, you might not be 
getting what you think you actually are...
