There is no insurance for sending cash because 
there is really no way to prove what you sent.

When I send cash, I usually send it Express Mail 
(EMS) because mail that gets there faster usually 
gets there.  If I am short on money, I will also 
use registered mail.  Registered mail is actually 
safer than express mail because it gets handled
