search for your site with google, and when you 
find the old URL, use the 'cached' link.  Google 
frequently caches sites temporarily, and you 
should be able to find your pages there and save 
yourself some re-writing.  

unfortunately, Google doesn't cache images.  
you'll have to re-create those the hard way.  
unless of course you've been to your own page 
recently and have the images sitting in your own 
computers 'temporary internet files'.
