I saw this same joke on Ebay which is also a very
big board (1000 times larger than this one) and I
thought it was hilarious when I first saw it.

I seriously doubt they meant to SPAM anyone
according to what you claim.  It was meant to
entertain people or give them something to laugh
about for Halloween.  That is how I see it.
