I have not had a bad experience with buying a cel
that was not worth the amount I paid for from a
dealer.  I learned my lesson at a VERY early age
(collected comics and cards and was ripped off
with a $10 card that was worth no more than 60-85
cents).

What I always recommend buyers to do . . .
RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH!  I know this word
doesn't sound so nice for most of ya, but when
jumping into uncharted territory (e.g. buying a
new cel), it is always wise to compare prices and
learn more about the series/Anime.  I researched
cels for more than 4 months before buying my first
one.  I researched on Barbies more than 6 months
before buying my first vintage one (they are
typically more expensive than cels and are VERY
EASILY misrepresented).

It would also be nice to know that you bought your
favorite cel at a good price!  I think that makes
the reward even better!  :)
