I don't think I've ever been ripped off by a 
dealer, but then again, I try to keep up on 
pricing.


What I have seen are cels that have been bought 
on Yahoo Japan and then jacked up in price by 
almost 400%. I mean, that's not a good way to get 
people to patronize your site.
