Oh, okay then, must have missed that part in your
post.  CST (central) is 15 hours behind.  So if it
is 7:00 pm here (in Houston), then it is 10:00 am
in Japan.  Hope this will clear it up.  

Also, there is a timer that is included on every
YJ Auction.  So you can keep track of the auction
by the second.  That is what I use when I try and
place a last minute bid.
