the central time zone of the us is one hour 
behind that of the eastern time zone, right? i 
just want to make sure i sent in my chaos sale 
cel order at the right time (1:13pm EST) since 
the sale started at noon CST but the site was 
updated to say the sale was on after that.

i'm harried by the flu at the moment so the 
medicine doesn't do too well with the thought 
processes of me brain. i appreciate the help.
