I've NEVER had a confirmation screen.  The only 
time I get another screen is when I leave 
something blank on the form and it tells me to 
hit the back button to fill it in again.  

Chances are if you are taken back to the main 
auction page, it went through. I just won an 
auction, so I know it worked for me.  ^_^
