I thought ebay makes sure non paying bidders
cant leave negative feedback. It really doesnt
seem fair. I have a non paying bidder who
completely dissapeared on me after selecting
the "buy it now" option. Havent heard from him
at all. I want to leave negative feedback, but I
dont wanna get stuck with some bogus negative
feedback he leaves me. I should just file a
complaint with ebay? |
