If you haven't already filed the NPB report, do
so, before leaving the negative.  If you haven
already, then file for FVF and leave him negative
(this menas that he has delayed for more than 17
dyas, right?).  I normally wait no more than 3-4
weeks after the EOA before leaving them negative,
but if it has been that long, then go ahead and
just leave it (be sure to list JUST FACTS, nothing
else) and relist the item.

There is no excuse why a person takes so long to
send payment and there is no legitimate excuse why
they should treat Ebay like a GAME and just
"disappear" when convenient.  Grrrr . . . It has
happened to me PLENTY of times, especially this week!
