I just won a couple of auctions from Mandarake at 
my minimum bid last week.  But, I don't know if 
anyone else put a bid in for them.

I think the example you listed is correct, 
because the first cel I won from Mandarake had a 
very low "minimum successful bid price".  I won 
the cel at my minimum and because the cel was 
from a very popular scene, I have a hard time 
believing no one else bid.  But, I could be 
wrong - it's impossible to know for sure unless 
you know someone else bid.
