Perhaps you can allow people to sell their cels
for a small fee? Maybe create a sales function
separate from the personal site? 

It can help raise the $ to keep RS functional.  It
seems that a lot of people want to sell  their
cels from time to time, and a lot of these people
do not make any sort of donation.
