I don't know how to ID reproduction cels.

But for those reproduction cels made by the 
official studio, some will have production number
(like my Gundam Wing reproduction cel), but some 
didn't (like my Hikaru no Go reproduction cel).
So I guess adding the reproduction number is free 
choice for the studio.
