You can't base yourself on a few cels to guess if 
cels from another scene are real or not ! The 
quality and style may change a lot from one 
episode to another. Not counting the "light" from 
one scene to another.
If you want to know instead of making random 
guess, you should check the anime directly and try 
to find the scene.
