Actually, I agree with you completely.   I know 
for most people getting the cel signed is like 
getting a book autographed or something, and 
appreciates the value in their mind.  However I 
don't own any signed cels nor would I buy a 
signed cel unless it was an A-1end dream cel.

I actually wince when I see I really a beautiful 
cel that has been *tained* by a black magic 
market.  In my mind it lowers the value of a cel, 
but I think everyone probably rates their own 
preference on this as far as value.
