Well.. I certainly would think that having a cel 
signed by somebody in the production crew or 
voice cast would raise the value of the actual 
cel...  But my personal feelings towards signed 
cels is not very good... heehee  I don't have any 
signed cels nor would I really want to get any of 
the ones that I have signed simply because I 
think it would "taint" them.  lol  A silly idea, 
I know... but I just can't phathom somebody 
taking a marker or any other object and 
physically writing on my cels...  absolutely 
not!  I don't care how much higher the value 
would be, I just could not allow that to 
happen....  lol  But then again, this could just 
be another of my freaky preferences......
