I have never purchased a reproduction cel nor did
I intend to (I have a MAJOR peeve about "fakes").
 BUT, I just found this very nice reproduction and
am wondering if they are hand painted or machine
made.  It comes with the Studio Periot seal on it.
 I am assuming it is better quality than a
production cel, right?  Or am I wrong?  Thanks for
any help/advice you can give me.
