All pencils are hand drawn, as far as I've ever 
known. . . Given what I know about computers, it 
would probably take longer to get a computer to 
figure out how to translate a rough genga into a 
finished douga. . .

The finished images, on the other hand. . . Some 
series aren't made with cels. The hand-drawn 
sketches are scanned into and colored on 
computers.
