If there's any hesitation, it isn't the right thing to do. . . (Sat Dec 21 18:06:05 2002 )

My personal spending limit is $250 per a single
cel. I've gone over that only two or three times,
however, my most expensive cel ever was still
only about $300. Often, I think I keep myself to
a lower limit than anyone else here. . .

But while I have on and off regretted spending
what I did on one cel or another (no matter the
"size" of the cel, you can always spend a bit
more than you should ^_~). . . and I have also
regretted giving up on cels as soon as I did. . .
I have never once regretted having money in the
bank for when I need it.

I couldn't buy a cel for $1000. I would never see
the cel, I would only see money wasted. And later,
every less expensive cel I wanted but had to pass
up, would whisper to me: "if you hadn't spent so
much on just that one. . ." But this is only how
I feel, and I'm not you.

But *DO* listen to the people who are saying that
if it brings your reserves to zero, then it's not
worth it. Because in that case, it really isn't.
Cels are fantastic - icing on the cake of life -
but you need to be prepared for life first.

Many Sharp Smiles,
--Drac
