I agree with the idea of waiting until at least 
next month.  That would make six months total, 
which is a respectable time frame, before I take 
any action.

The rest of you bring up good, if harsh (heh), 
points.  Seems *nobody* thinks the Ebay solution 
is worthwhile.  But I saw that as the best, 
fairest solution.  Hmmm.  And Star Phoenix brought 
up the legal angle, which I hadn't even 
considered.  My concerns were all ethically based, 
not legally.

More comments are certainly appreciated.  The one 
nebulous factor is the price.  Trust me, it wasn't 
high.  A lot of you would probably laugh at it.  
But for the level of collecting I do, it was high. 
 Let's just say you couldn't buy a nice Ryoko with 
it.  ;-)

So I doubt that legal action would be taken, since 
the amount recouped would be WAY lower than legal 
fees.  And I'm not sure if money is a major issue. 
 Like I said, this person basically said they were 
losing interest in cels.  I can understand 
that....but in the middle of a deal.....?
