It's from Tenshi ni Narumon (also known 
as "Gonna be an Angel"). I, personally, am not 
wild about the show. But - the art is terrific - 
and I love lots of the characters too! But.. 
but... it's REALLY REALLY sugar-sweet, at least 
at the beginning. If you can make it through 
that, then you're a braver soul than I. 

But you'll have to download it or find fansubs, 
because I heard they aren't releasing the rest 
of the series here in the US. :/
