I was told by a friend that in the Ghibli Museum, 
there is a big display of all of the paperworks 
from Spirited Away.  It apparently has quite the 
volume in stacks!  I haven't been myself so I 
don't know the details.  Hopefully I'll get to go 
some time (and not just for that!)
