If I got it right (I'm not the brightest at 
that), the sender is an AOL user.
If I got you right, that kind of virus can chose, 
let's say, Randomname's address book 
entry "Stettler" and send itself to ME (if I'm in 
the address book as well) as the address book 
entry, "Stettler", including the respective email 
address of that entry?
Now the fun begins... on purpose or not, fake 
mail or not, virus victim or not... Well, I go 
check all ppl in my Inbox with an AOL address and 
politely inquire whether their PC is clean...
