Just for info, those kind of viruses email 
themselve to addresses they find in address books.
So probably nobody sent it to you knowingly.

Also, this type of viruses takes other email 
addresses they find and write the email to look
like if they were coming from that person. They
also take bits of documents or text from browser 
cache to generate a title and content to the mail.
(which is why you often see "copyright" notice in 
those email : they came from web pages in the 
cache of the browser)
