Some people take said images and place them for 
SALE.  Someone unknowingly could purchase a cel 
that will never arrive.  And if that site took 
high quality DBZ and Bebop cels... I wonder if 
that was their original intent.

*shrugs* Who knows... he/she's been reported and 
I'm sure will be banned.
