I have a small collection from Utsu no Miko.  I 
would like got get some Weathering Continent cels 
of Tieh (who looks to be the person in the drawing 
- too bad not colored so can see his 2 different 
colored eyes) but only seen a couple of cels of 
him and were too expensive
