Mutsumi Inomata was the character designer for 
the game Tales of Destiny.  Also Inomata did the 
character designs for Brain Powered, Cyber 
Formula and was the creator of Utsu no miko I 
believe in addition to Weathering Continent.  

Inomata also has a lot of stand alone art books 
which are gorgeous.  I started looking at them 
when I was given a small print from an art 
show.  Hopefully Yann will forgive this non-cel 
related picture:



and back on cels you can get cels from Utsu no 
miko, Brain Powered, Cyber Formula etc.  My 
brain is foggy at the moment, but one cel 
collector that was on the forum loves Inomata 
and collects a lot of cels from those shows...
