I think I remember a jhin ro cel being sold at 
animanga.com. So I bet a few got leaked out. Oh 
and isnt it true that a lot of production 
company's say the cels are destroyed when in 
fact only a few actually do get destroyed. I 
remember Streamline saying that all the Akira 
cels were destroyed with the exception of the 
few they released to the public, but obviously 
there are thousands of Akira cels out there that 
didnt come directly from Streamline. So lets 
hope some smart Production IG artist took home a 
bunch of kickin cels. 
Also I emailed IG about the new Ghost in the 
Shell movie and I was told it will all be 
computer colored. So sad....its cool that they 
email you with a response quickly though.
