Some time ago I sent an email to ProductionIG 
again to know when Jin-Roh cels would be 
released. They just replied this:


 Thank you for your inquiry. I am afraid to tell 
you that
Jinroh cells were already disposed and nobody 
could possess 
Jinroh cells even in Japan. Please understand in 
these 
circumstances and keep an eye on our productions 
as ever.
