...because while i can afford to save up a 
little for other dream wishlist cels, i'll never 
be in the financial situation to afford to go 
out and buy dream cels from high end series that 
i really want, like gunnm, loddoss war, etc.  
so, i know that i can always paint a fan cel, 
which to me is just as good as having an 
original because it's the art that i cherish, 
not really the plastic.

but i can see how you could cherish the art for 
it being the original piece, but you're going to 
like the image itself whether you own it or not. 
just my two cents on those nasty little fan cels 
^~. and not only do i own a lot of my own fan 
cels, but i've bought fan cels from others too, 
so i definately fail the test ;).
