From what I have heard.  In a children's TV show
like this one, it is not allowed to show the
nipple or any other sexual part (such as pubic
hair, etc) during any transformation.  Correct
please if I am wrong . . .

Also, if I am not mistaken, there was someone
selling this same cel (or maybe a different copy
of it) as a "fan cel" a few months ago.  So I
definitely don't think it is real.
