Except in my case, I got the package and 
thought: "I'm not expecting anything from _____ 
right now. . . ??"

Needless to say, said deputy (who I've used a lot 
and like a lot and thus will remain nameless 
here) simply sent me some money to mail the items 
where they were supposed to go. I'm not going to 
stop using their service just from one little 
mistake. People are human. It happens.
