Can`t quite get up the nerve for making offers? 
I understand,  I have been there too...

Well, here is a possible remedy:

I realized that some of you no matter how hard 
that you may try, or want to make an offer, you 
simply can`t ---for fear of rejection or shyness. 
You would rather see a solid price list, right.?

Well, if this is the case, and you are still 
interested enough please contact me and I 
will tell you what I REALLY want for the cel, or 
what I think that it is worth. 

At least,  in this way you can see whether or 
not you have the right price range in mind. I 
will make up a generic list for all those that 
just want to see my "wanted" prices, but 
everything is almost negotiable, ^-^
