Most of the Disney cels that I see are "series" 
or reproduction cels, although they are listed 
as from being from another earlier ,era, etc.

I haven`t looked that close at an "original 
prodcution cel" from that era that was not 
faded or restored. Not that interested in 
Disney.

I think that it is good news though if you have 
seen some original (not series cel) from a 
classic that is in great condition. 

Not that I am at all interested in American 
animation from that period. I`m not. But that 
gives me some confidence in the power of 
preservation.

But I was referring to Japanese anime.

I have seen a few Tetsuan Atom cels, that 
looked pretty good, but that is about it.
