I never equated large collections and 
mediocrity.  

"A small, satisfying, and 
personally meaningful collection is far more 
preferable to a large collection of mediocrity," 
was my statement.  There can be large collections 
of mediocrity and large collections of greatness.

Two of my favorite on-line galleries of cels (one 
Macross Movie and one Kenshin OVA) are far more 
extensive than my entire collection.  If MY 
collection was large, it would undoubtedly be 
mediocre, as I can't afford to buy a vast number 
of great cels, but possibly many lesser ones.

I remain un-offended and find your comments quite 
positive  ^__^
