But a good friend of mine (who I didn't know was
planning to bid) also mourned having slept through
the final hours.  So I let her have the auction.

Beautiful cels = good.  Great friends = better.

Anyway, this has been a major wishlist cel for
her, and I suspect it will be with her forever. 
:)  I tell this story only so that you won't
entertain vain hopes that this particular cel
might come around again someday.  It has found a
truly loving new home, and there I'm sure it will
stay.
