yes, sometimes you will get that cel.  Sometimes 
the buyer is a little more overextended than they 
thought or they just can't refuse your offer.

It never hurts to ask (as long as you are 
polite), 'cause they might just say "yes".

Sometimes people (like me) are just nosy and want 
to know where that cel will be living.
