Hi!

There's something that always had me thinking. 
Whenever you lost that cel you so much wanted on 
any of the auction sites, what are the chances 
that the winner is going to sell you the cel when 
you make your approach?

Or has anyone successfully negotiate with the 
winner to let you have that cel?? Or probably, 
you only have part where you drool all over the 
cel when it's up on their gallery?

Let me know if such miracles have ever happen 
that make you really happy in cloud 9...
